The Theory

Here's the blab for all those really newbies. Mainly taken from Wikipedia.

What is web syndication?

Web syndication is a form of syndication in which a section of a website is made available for other sites to use. This could be simply by licensing the content so that other people can use it; however, in general, web syndication refers to making Web feeds available from a site in order to provide other people with a summary of the website's recently added content (for example, the latest news or forum posts).

What is web feed?

A web feed is a data format used for serving users frequently updated content. Content distributors syndicate a web feed, thereby allowing users to subscribe to it. Making a collection of web feeds accessible in one spot is known as aggregation.

What are RSS and ATOM?

RSS is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated digital content, such as blogs, news feeds or podcasts. Atom is very similar.

What are aggregators?

An aggregator or news aggregator or feed reader is client software that uses a web feed to retrieve syndicated web content such as weblogs, podcasts, vlogs, and mainstream mass media websites, or in the case of a search aggregator, a customized set of search results.

Many websites on internet need you to register to acess the information, like many forums force you to register to have acess to their discussion pages. Below are some techniques that i found to bypass compulsory registrations on websites.

Keyword flooding is the bad bad habit of punching in as many keywords as you can. Google hates this, and punishes you for it.  Technically speaking, this includes the type of pages where there is a Title Tag loaded with scores of keywords. Using over twelve keywords per title tag is considered to be too much when it comes to keyword tags but some optimistic web masters will load them with as many as a 100 keywords in an attempt to increase sales. If you are one of them forget, high status on google.

The problem with cramming too many keywords on your home page is that the search engine spiders consider your site as a very big dictinary instead of seeing your site as specific individual. Individually they can never get the keyword density or repetitions need to order the site highly. When it comes to SEO keep your keywords short, sweet yet targeted for best results. If you load it with popular, generic or "most visited" terms you are going to end up with a lot of visits from people on the internet who are not even remotely interested in your site.

The solution to this is to focus the content on your home page on three to five of your top keywords or key phrases. For example if you have a site on personal health care, do not use keywords like "health" or "care", instead use more specific smaller keywords, break your ideas of keywords in to a more precise word. As a rule of thumb the more competitive your site is the less keywords you should choose. Choose only two or three excellent words or phrases and use them three times in each block of text on your site to bring you the most business and try to keep your title copy to less than seven words (but ideally five words!)
